Requirements and Tips for Successful Entries
Process and Deadline
Fill out the form for each entry. Submit a copy of the entry via email including all supporting materials and enclosing a copy of the entry form with each copy. You may submit as many entries as you wish to as many categories as you wish. Multiple entries in the same category are also permitted. However, you may not enter the same program in more than one category.
Award winners will be announced at the ISHA Summer Conference. PSAs with winning entries will be presented with a plaque at the event and will receive complimentary registration to a 2026 ISHA conference.

Requirements and Tips for Successful Entries
- Complete the entry form
- Provide relevant supporting materials
- Organize materials in a folder if necessary
- Programs may be ongoing but should focus on results from January 1, 2025 through April 30, 2026.
